What should I do if I didn't receive free shipping on my order?

If your order did not include free shipping as expected, we can issue a refund for the shipping charges. Please allow some time for the refund to be posted back to your original method of payment as a courtesy.

How can I request a credit card receipt for an order?

If you need a credit card receipt for your order, we can resend the order confirmation or receipt email to you. Please check your inbox for the email. If you do not see it there, make sure to check your spam folder as well.
